Power from the sun, designed for your roof & your bill.
Size solar panels, inverters, and LiFePO4 batteries for your home, villa, or business — based on your location and electricity bill — then review the design with our engineers.
On-grid
Connected to PLN without batteries. Lowest cost; ideal when most consumption happens in daytime (offices, shops, villas running daytime A/C).
Lowest cost per kWhHybrid
Panels + hybrid inverter + LiFePO4 battery. Daytime surplus is stored for the evening, and critical loads stay on during PLN outages.
Savings + backup powerOff-grid
Independent from PLN: for remote sites, farms, water pumps, or villas without grid access.
Energy independenceSolar calculator & design
Pick your location on the map, enter your electricity bill, then compare panels, inverters, and batteries from several brands. Everything is calculated on your device.
How we calculate
Site irradiance
Monthly average solar radiation (kWh/m²/day ≈ peak sun hours) from NASA POWER satellite data for your coordinates.
Energy yield
Yield = kWp × peak sun hours × performance ratio (~0.78: heat, soiling, cabling, inverter) × orientation & shading factor × days.
Self-consumption
Under Indonesia’s MEMR Regulation 2/2024, surplus energy exported to PLN no longer reduces the bill — so savings only count energy you actually use (directly or via the battery).
LiFePO4 battery
Nominal capacity = night / backup energy ÷ depth of discharge (90%), including round-trip efficiency (95%).
Inverter & strings
Inverter capacity keeps the DC/AC ratio ≤ 1.2; panels per string are limited by the inverter’s maximum voltage with a temperature margin.
Cost & payback
Indicative equipment prices + mounting/cabling/protection + installation + contingency; payback includes 0.5%/year panel degradation.
Rooftop solar regulation notes
- Grid-connected rooftop solar is governed by MEMR Regulation No. 2 of 2024: the export–import credit scheme was removed, capacity follows PLN quotas per cluster, and applications are processed first-come, first-served.
- Applications are submitted to PLN (PLN Mobile app). Our team prepares the technical documents and coordinates installation.
- Calculator results are early estimates. Final design, price, and roof suitability are confirmed after a site survey.

Frequently asked questions
How long is the payback?
It depends on the tariff, daytime usage, and the system type. The calculator estimates payback for your situation; high daytime consumption usually shortens it.
Does solar keep working during a PLN outage?
On-grid systems without batteries shut down during outages for safety. To keep power on, choose a hybrid system with LiFePO4 batteries and define the critical loads to back up.
How long do panels and batteries last?
Panels typically carry 25–30-year performance warranties with gradual degradation. LiFePO4 batteries offer thousands of cycles; warranty and lifetime depend on brand and usage.
Which inverter brand should I choose?
Growatt, Huawei, and GoodWe are all popular. The right choice depends on battery voltage (48 V low-voltage or high-voltage), phase, monitoring, and budget — the calculator shows compatible pairs.
Is my roof strong enough?
Panels and mounting add load. During the survey we check structure, orientation, shading, and cable routes before quoting.
